Over 10 years focused on Public Speaking, with over 1000 people of different profiles being trained (there have been people who have sacrificed their last income to follow the training – and I say this with pride). Here are some of the main things I’ve learned and want to share with you:

1. The fear of public speaking has nothing to do with the lack of capacity to express oneself in front of an audience, but with the lack of self-confidence.

2. The main work in this area is not about learning how to speak but believing that we can influence what we say.

3. In public speaking, it is not the word that is most powerful, but the breath. Many of my students are surprised when I tell them, but we don’t express ourselves well because we don’t breathe well.

4. During the training we do not make or give speeches, but we do exercises for attention, concentration, breathing, articulation. The speech then is a consequence of the latter.

5. We do not do magic. Anyone who comes to training for the first time, it becomes clear that this is a process. The exercises must be done rigorously to get the desired results. No one can do it for you. The mentor guides you, but after the training everyone is provided with a set of exercises that they can practice all their life, without paying a penny more.

6. Public speaking is a training that can forever change the way you see yourself and others. It is a transformative journey and therefore, gives constant satisfaction.

7. My best students are those who come to training without prejudice and are open to getting the most out of it. Unfortunately, public speaking should be something taught in school as a core subject. In its absence, I have tried to bring it into the most effective form as a service.

8. Today there is a dire need not only in Albania but also in the world for this training. This is because communication is the basis of any relationship. You also speak through the way you stand. Did you know that mime exercises are part of the curriculum?

That’s it for today, but I would invite you to follow me because in the future I will share very interesting materials and information related to this field. I want to pass on the experience accumulated over the years, as I am sure that there are many people out there who can help you.

Let’s go with the mentality of helping each other and I’m sure we can go far.
